Rory Viggers

Many years of yoga self-practice (and too much tea!) has kept Rory grounded. Rory now shares his experience of self-empowerment, self-purpose and self-reflection with others. His teaching is informed and inspired by classical teachings of Hatha yoga that include Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Dona Holleman’s enlightened asana work, and other disciplines such as Shaolin Wushu martial arts. He continues to study with senior teachers and is currently on a 7-year programme with world renowned teacher Dona Holleman and her inspirational Centred Yoga philosophy.
