Rich is a nature connection and land-based learning facilitator with a love of communal living and interpersonal dynamics. He is constantly learning and sees authenticity and consent as both deeply personal and political issues. Rich is currently working with the Reboot the Roots Collective, leading groups through Brazilian theatre practitioner Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed. He works to foster self confidence in children and young adults. Rich currently lives in Devon in a rural cooperative that governs itself by consensus. He believes that oppression stems from abuse of privilege (sometimes unconscious) and is set on improving our relational toolkit so we can empower ourselves and our communities.
