Neil Morbey

Neil is a mindfulness practitioner, dancer, rock climber and fool. His philosophy is to combine playfulness and presence to be the change you love to feel. His past as an adrenaline junkie and workaholic led him to discover the powers of meditation and dance – learning to slow down and connect, which in turn allows him to express himself honestly and enjoy life even more. He’s passionate about sharing these skills and helping others untangle worry and rediscover inspiration.
