Lauren Lovatt is a passionate plant-based chef. Having run vegan restaurant Asparagasm in the cotswolds for some years, she’s most recently been traveling the world, teaching for PlantLab culinary in Barcelona and curating her own pop-up events and plant-powered workshops. Her current project is The Plant Hub – a new plant-based culinary academy opening soon in East London. With co-founder David Bez, they will inspire others to feel confident making delicious plant-based food.
“Having been through my own journey supporting those suffering with mental health issues, and then my own recovery, I know what an impact food can have. So, next month I launch the ‘Feed your Mind Candy’ supper clubs designed to support and inspire better mental health for all.
