Jez Grattan-Kane

Jez teaches yoga across studios in Bristol as well as privately and for several organisations. He is fuelled by a passion for learning, exploring and sharing practices encompassing the body, mind and breath. Enjoyment and creativity are found in his classes by weaving these practices with his studies in integrative transpersonal psychology and his deep connection to nature. Jez invites you to become curious to your experience, opening you to self awareness and balance of your body, mind and breath.
