Jenny Linford

Always happy in the presence of good food, Jenny has been a food writer since 1991. Born in London, she lived in Singapore and Italy as a child and the experience of these two rich food cultures influence Jenny as a food writer. Her journalism has appeared in numerous publications including the Financial Times, The Guardian and the National Trust magazine, and she is the author of 20 non-fiction books, including Great British Cheeses, Garlic (a cookbook), The Chef’s Library and, most recently The Missing Ingredient.
