Dr Paul Redford is an Associate Professor at the University of the West of England. He is co-director of the MSc Occupational Psychology and a Principal Practitioner Business Psychologist. Paul specialises in organisational psychology, focusing on the enablers of positive organisations which promote positive psychological experiences such as creativity, growth, confidence, optimism and well-being. He is particularly interested in the factors that can enable individuals to flourish in organisations and help teams and organisations to foster cultures that promote personal and professional growth. His research and practice centre around enhancing psychological capital, in particular promoting higher levels of self-efficacy.
