Dr Caroline Gilmartin

Dr Caroline Gilmartin is a fermenting specialist with a background in microbiology and genetics. Caroline is fascinated by how clever microbes are, both those living in our guts, and probiotics in fermented foods. She is on a mission to get Bristol and is also behind Every Good Thing, which supplies fermented foods including Kimchi, Curtido, Sauerkraut and Kefir to some of Bristol’s loveliest shops and caf├ęs.
