Claire has a 20 year cookery career that has spanned the globe and has worked for many high profile restaurants. In recent years, with the arrival of her children, Claire has gained more of a profile as a cookery writer. With three cookbooks under her belt, Claire has also contributed widely for various food publications and has appeared on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and Cerys Matthews BBC Radio 6.
