Amber Cowburn

Amber is an unwavering mental health advocate and Founding Trustee of The Invictus Trust: a charity which aims to raise awareness & support teenagers in Cornwall who are suffering from poor mental health. She set up the Invictus Trust with her family in 2010, in memory of her brother Ben. Since doing so Amber has led a national mental health campaign at YoungMinds, been named Young Citizen of the Year by Rotary UK in 2017, and has been recognised as a Point of Light by the Prime Minister in 2018. She also ran the largest mental health conference in Cambridge University’s history, and has given a TEDx Talk on ‘Why We Need to Rebrand Adolescent Mental Health’.
