Daily life gives us countless opportunities to live thoughtfully and kindly. In this workshop, we will share creative ideas on how to make our kindness and love more visible in our communities and lives every day.
Being kinder is much simpler than we imagine, all we need is to start, and to learn some kindness skills! We will explore what kindness means to us, becoming aware of how we already share it and exploring how we can increase our acts of kindness everyday.
Julian Wood learnt to live more gently through twelve-step recovery. He speaks seven languages but says that learning the language of kindness has been the greatest journey in his life.
