• Helping children and parents to respond to life’s daily challenges without shaming and blaming
• Turning stumbling blocks into stepping stones, helping children to recognise the character qualities or virtues that they have inside themselves
• Renaming and reframing challenging behaviours into virtues
• Why we should focus on virtues, not values, and how identifying potential virtues in our children and young people can help them to understand who they truly are.
