    The natural preventative workshop to support your busy stressful life. Learn how to release your stress through boxing, understand stress with self reflective exercises and control stress with mindfulness. This new experience will have you thinking, aching and relaxing to fantastic music all at once.

    The Stressbox Philosophy:
    Flow – We highlight areas of stress where tension can be held and loosen these clicks and creaks with our creative musical warmup. Stretching, breathing & stomping will give you the assertive boost for the power tracks.
    Emotional Hygiene – Rejection, guilt, uncertainty and frustration can become a part of our daily emotions. We have created boxing sequences to powerful music by the likes of The Prodigy, Kanye West and Linkin Park to help you get these negative emotions off your chest.
    Good Stress – Stress can be good. Science is showing us that choosing courage over fear can make stress our friend and not our enemy. Liam Joe will motivate you with emotive tunes to inspire you to express your stress in a HITT style.
    Mindfulness – After a very intense mind and body workout, it’s time for some TLC for your soul with some musical mindfulness as you kick back with exhaustion.
