    Tom Hunt is an award-winning chef, food writer, food-waste campaigner, author of The Natural Cook and ambassador for the Soil Association and Fairtrade. Tom prioritises people and the environment within his work and believes in a fair global food system where our actions benefit community, biodiversity and wildlife. Tom is a regular columnist in the Guardian, offering weekly tips on how to Waste Not and prevent food waste.

    Tom Hunt and Poco head chef Ian Clark will be demonstrating new recipes following his sustainable philosophy Root to Fruit Eating including soda bread farls, Autumn squash and single origin chocolate truffles (YUM!).

    Learn how to eat better food for less whilst making a spelt soda bread. Discover the quality and nutrition of whole, seasonal foods with a grilled vegetable and whole grain salad and taste biodiversity through chocolate made using some of the rarest chocolate in the world.
