Milgi is an award-winning plant based restaurant of ten years conceived by two arty Welsh sisters Gabrielle & Rebecca . They promote a slow living lifestyle and a connection back to nature through food which they make nourishing but, with a firm focus on everyday eating. Their aim is to bring plant based food to the masses which they achieve by creating delicious, inspiring, satisfying plates that everybody can enjoy.
