    The Breath – a thread which runs through through all of our experiences in life. In this workshop Jez will help you to explore your breath, experiencing it’s adaptive effect on your body and mind, empowering you with simple techniques to manage stress and develop mental clarity. Developing awareness, capacity and control of the breath is a powerful tool that can integrate into all areas of life – improving athletic performance, reducing recovery time, soothing the nervous system, managing stress and releasing excess tension.
