    Mindfulness Meditation

    Guided meditation allows us to bring a mindful attitude to life – put simply, we sit and observe the present moment, without judgement. Neil will help you to befriend your thinking mind and easily return to the beauty of the senses. This workshop is open to all ages and experience levels, including complete beginners. There will be space for discussion and questions and you don’t even have to sit on the floor. Come and enjoy the gift of connecting to yourself in the present moment.
