Food. We all eat it and yet there are few things in life that are so polarising. This basic daily requirement has been hijacked, fetishised, used as a stick to beat us with – from Atkins to Nigella, ‘clean’ eating to #foodporn, 5-a-day to Paleo – everyone is queueing up to tell us what and how we should be eating! Our panel will discuss how food came to occupy this hallowed and revered place and how we can drown out the cacophony of ‘advice’ in favour of what works for us.
