Fit, Healthy, Happy & You!
Do you want to explore new and exciting ways to be active without the fear that you’re not fit enough to take part in a class? Join Cat for a fun, friendly and fast paced fitness session with a difference.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness. We’ll use cardio and resistance exercises such as boxing moves along with yoga stretching and breath work. This will be interspersed with positive psychology designed to leave you feeling fit, empowered and inspired. Together we’ll explore questions such as “what is happiness?” and “what creates a meaningful life?” and we’ll look at finding the perfect fitness technique for you. Just bring yourself, some comfortable clothing and footwear and you will leave with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.
