This is an uplifting yoga session to re-balance the Mahabhutas – elements of fire, air, space, earth and water in the body and spirit – to joyfully connect us with the wild nature around us. Exploring pranayama, sun salutations and fluid movements to wake up the body, this is a deeply playful session where you can laugh, reconnect and move, guided by ambient music drawing you to a place of restorative stillness to close.
