Newsflash! We’re all going to die! We will all lose our loved ones. We will all have to grieve our own lives and the lives of others. This is one of the only guarantees of human life, and yet it is one topic we don’t discuss or focus any of our education on. Why? What are we afraid of? Why do we veer away from speaking about death? Facing death as a normal and even beneficial part of being alive can be one of the most freeing ways of moving into a connected and thriving way of life. In this panel we will open up the taboos around death and grief and open up ways to bring love, care and life-giving qualities into being with the deaths of ourselves and the ones we love.
