    Bollywood Dance

    Bollywood dance fitness is a highly energetic, dynamic and enjoyable way to burn your calories. We’ll be taking a journey through several different Indian dance styles, making the whole experience colourful, vibrant and full of fun. The class will focus on muscle relaxation, body toning, flexibility and stamina building whilst giving you the chance to experience Indian culture through it’s peppy and refreshing music and dance.

    This is a mixed ability class with the routine well structured to give a whole body cardio workout. As the legends say, give your calories one last dance, Bollywood style !
