    Aroma Yoga

    Combining gentle Hatha and gorgeous essential oils, this class will leave you feeling energised, grounded and seriously relaxed! Taking place in a scented studio, you’ll be given a mini set of essential oils to use throughout the class and take home at the end. Jess will lead you through a heat building sequence before settling you into a deep relaxation to close.
