    Prepare to get in touch with your WILD side in this fun, experiential workshop. Get ready to fall over a little and laugh a lot as we explore animal movements (which we call ‘monkey walks’ – although not limited to just monkeys!). Condition your body and prepare to take flight with some AcroYoga.  AcroYoga is a fabulous fusion of Yoga and simple acrobatics with some delicious partner stretching added to the mix. No experience or partner required. We will work in groups of 3 to ensure safe and funky flight at all times.
