Our fitness strand is all about putting a massive smile on your face! With an emphasis on feel good fun rather than feeling the burn, you’ll find a huge line-up of classes in and around M-Shed from drum ‘n bass workouts to ballroom dancing, spinning discos to paddle boarding on the river.  We’ll also have two dedicated yoga venues offering special classes with Bristol’s leading practitioners.

Eat

Wild cooking, sustainability and communal eating will be the focus for our food strand. Situated in a beautiful yurt on Brandon Hill, The Wild Kitchen will offer a packed programme of thought provoking talks and hands-on workshops with leading lights from the food scene. We’ve also teamed up with Love Food Festival to curate a special market featuring some of the UK’s finest producers and street food superstars.

Connect

Our Connect strand will feature a diverse line-up of thought provoking talks and workshops exploring the world within us and the world around us, looking at how both influence our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. We will delve into a broad range of topics – from contentment to community, gender to grief, loneliness to technology, relationships to resilience – with an incredible line-up of speakers and experts from all walks of life.

With 850 acres of beautiful woods and parkland just 20 minutes from the harbourside, Ashton Court is the perfect setting for our outdoors activities. Our Explore strand will empower people to connect with nature and the outdoors through activities like trail running, mountain biking, forest school, foraging, hiking, wild cooking and much more.
