Our fitness strand is all putting a massive smile on your face! Our classes are super friendly and designed to get you moving and grooving in ways you never thought of before – whether you’re taking it Zen at a Tai Chi Tea Party or riding like the wind at a Spinning Rave; learning Bollywood Dance or convening with nature at a Silent Disco Woodland Workout – we bring all the fun of a festival to our fitness events.


We believe in celebrating delicious food that’s good for people and planet with a focus on seasonal ingredients, sustainability and eating well for life. It’s time to throw decades of diet fads and food myths out the window and rejoice in what mother nature provides for us. Led by a team of passionate chefs and cooks, our food events will inspire you to look at food in a different way – from bread-making as a form of therapy to cooking over fire in our Wild Kitchen; Foods for Moods to Tonics and Teas; Pickling and Fermenting to Nourishing Cakes.


Our Connect talks and workshops explore the world within us and the world around us, looking at how both influence our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. We tackle a broad range of topics – from contentment to community, gender to grief, loneliness to technology, relationships to resilience – with an incredible line-up of speakers and experts from all walks of life.


Our Explore strand is all about helping you to connect with nature and the outdoors – whether you’re a seasoned explorer or a nature newbie. We know that nature connection is fundamental to our wellbeing so we offer activities like survival skills, wild caveman cooking, hiking, woodland yoga, forest bathing and much more.
